Brian Nelson joined AVID Ratings in August 2007 as Client Service Associate and was quickly promoted
to Client Services Manager in August 2008. In December 2008, he was named Senior Client Service Manager
and is responsible for launching the client startup, training clients on AVID Reports™ to make
sure they get the most out of their data, supporting clients with information accuracy and knowledge,
and providing clients with the tools they need to be a thriving business. With years of experience in
the fitness and insurance industries, Brian came to AVID with proven success in the areas of customer
service, business operations, employee management, and staff training. He also has a vocational degree
in Business Operations from Madison Area Technical College. When not serving clients, Brian enjoys golfing,
cooking, and spending time with his family.
